For the uneducated fan, they may say there is no difference.
True fans of either sport know that there is in fact a huge difference between the two sports. WWE is all fake, whereas MMA truly has two warriors battling it out and trying to defeat their opponents. Most of the time, these fighters are well trained and are capable of winning fights in a variety of ways. But sometimes, you get fighters like these, who may or may not have any business fighting professionally. Some of these fighters have justification to be on here, or could in their futures.
Others have no business being in an MMA fight.
So without further ado, here are the 12 greatest freak show fighters ever. Hong Man Choi is a mixed martial arts fighter and a kickboxer.
Choi just so happens to be one of the biggest fighters in MMA history. He stands at 7'2'' tall and weighs pounds. Bob Sapp is a mixed martial artist and a kickboxer and he could not have a more fitting name.
That is him crying after taking a punch in a kickboxing match from Mirko Cro Cop. It went down on his record as a knockout loss. He is one of the best boxers of his generation and chased Dana White around the country trying to get a fight in the UFC. Dana White obliged and Randy Couture made Toney submit via arm-triangle in the first round. Herschel Walker is a mixed martial artist fighting in the heavyweight division of Strikeforce.
While he has looked impressive in his two fights, that's all he's had—two fights. For all we know, he could go up against someone with a fair amount of talent and get destroyed.
Until he does, he is a freak show fighter. Although he's on the precipice of being more. He has been looking to get one for quite some time, though, and it is probably in his plans to fight as soon as his NBA career is over.
O'Neal has been looking to get a fight against the first man on this list, Hong Man Choi. Choi seems to be very frequently mentioned on this list and with good reason. But back to Canseco. Canseco has had several "fights" against random celebrities and former athletes, including Vai Sikahema, Danny Bonaduce and Todd Poulton. He lost to both of them in a combined time of Kimbo Slice is a former street fighter, former MMA fighter, former potential boxer and currently injured, yet-to-debut, professional wrestler.

A last minute injury forced Shamrock to pull out and be replaced by Seth Petruzelli. Kimbo was expected to run right through Petruzelli but instead, he was TKO'd in only 14 seconds and single-handedly caused EliteXC to fold.
Butterbean is 5' He's a big dude. I think that's all that needs to be said. The man is a monster. He won his first fight in 43 seconds via submission due to punches.
He won his second fight in a two round unanimous decision. His third fight was against Tim Sylvia, where he lost via submission due to punches in the second round. In his fourth fight, he got back to his winning ways and submitted Butterbean with punches in the first round in Akebono is a former sumo wrestler, MMA fighter and kickboxer. Akebono is 6'8'' and weighs pounds. Silva is a former pro wrestler and former mixed martial artist.
He is 7'2'' and pounds. He is huge. In his career, he did have the two wins. He defeated the man before him on this list, Akebono, with a kimura and he also defeated Henry Miller with a kimura. In addition to being known for being huge, he was also known due to the fact that he trained with the Gracie family. Did I miss your favorite "freak show" fighter?
